Not many years ago Denver could arguably be considered the best city in America for a cappella music. With groups like the Diners, Graffiti Tribe, Minimum Wage, The 17th Avenue All-Stars and so many more showing their wares at Acapella's on 17th Avenue. Well time won't allow us to go back to those nights. But we can still hear those sounds. This is a compulation of those groups who took part in the Denver Harmony Sweepstakes. So sit back take a listen and smile!!

"It Doesn't Beat For Me" from Robert Johnson's "Black Prince Road" is a very fine (repeat very fine) male vocal in the adult contemporary style.
Character comes to mind a unified character from top to bottom.
A song like this could easily become a production cliche but Robert had enough character and vision to do it his way. With the simplest of set-ups no less. "And can he sing!"
Our suggestion find a way to have this heard by some influential people. "It Deserves It" It Beats For Us!

A deliberate slow burn bass line opens Robert Johnson's soulful "Ou Ah Ou A Ah," the first of nine cuts of Johnson's enthralling Richard The Third, a bass laden soul trip of love ballads and socially "( Brother John)" and spiritually concious songs. They're enriched by Johnson's deep mellow and steamy voice, in the tradition of Barry White and Marvin Gaye.

In many ways it's a never ending story just like yours! Here are a few of my stories for you of my soon to be released. "A Long Road Traveled"
